Celebrating July 4th

July 4th is a very important holiday in this nation. Usually we'd take a day or two off to have a really long weekend. But this year it falls on a weekend. So We'll close at 2pm on July 3 to give us a jump on our watermelon eating, BBQing, and gardening. Happy 4th of July!

Psyberware is no longer repairing computers. Duane, who was our lead tech in that department, with the full blessing of the Psyberware leadership, has seized this as an opportunity to start his own business. What About Tune-Ups?

One of our premium accounts' benefits is an annual tune-up. Currently they are on hold, but we will offer them again in the near future. The tune-ups will consist of a very precise regimen designed to optimize your computer's performance and remove unwanted or malicious programs. We are currently revamping that process. Once we have it finalized, we'll post it so that our standard and basic account customers can perform their own tune-ups. Please check your invoice to see if you're entitled to a free annual tune-up.

In the past there has been some confusion about our tune-ups. A tune-up is NOT a repair. If your computer is already showing signs of virus infection, it needs a repair! (Call Duane!) It is unlikely that the annual maintenance of a tune-up will fix your computer once it is malfunctioning.
