Paying Your Bill
- By Mail
Psyberware customers can pay bills by mail. Please write your account
name on the memo field of your check. Be sure to allow enough time
for the mail to reach our office.

You can also pay
your bill online, this web page requires your account name and
credit card information. You can also take advantage of our prepayment
plans. Please see the Pay Online
web page for more details.
- Automatic Monthly Payment via Credit Card
Psyberware also offers the option for automatically debiting your
account balance from your credit card on the first of each month.
If you have a printer you can print out the Automatic Monthly Payment
form and mail or fax it to us. The automatic payment form is available
here. If you don't have a printer call or email
to request an Automatic Monthly Payment form. We will promptly send
a payment form to you by US Mail or fax transmission.
General Billing Info
- When You're Billed
All Psyberware customers are billed in advance on the 1st of the month.
- Due Date
Your bill is due and payable upon receipt. It is delinquent after
the 15th day of the month for which it covers.
- Restoring Service
If we temporarily disconnect your service for not paying your bill,
you'll owe the balance plus a $10 reactivation fee.
- Late Payment Charge
If we don't receive your payment by the 15th of the month we'll add
a late charge of $2.00 to your owing balance. If payment is not received
by the end of the month, we'll add a finance charge of 1.5% of your
total unpaid balance. Payment is still required to avoid an interruption
of service.
- Returned Checks
You'll be charged a $20 fee for returned checks. If your account was
delinquent when paid, your service will be subject to immediate disconnection.
