Add Mailbox

Psyberware now allows you to have up to 10 extra emailboxes with your Premium account (for a total of 11 on most accounts)! This way each family member (or employee) can log in to their own emailbox.

How do I request a free extra emailbox?

To request an additional emailbox simply fill in the form below. Your request will be processed by the end of the next business day.

Your Primary Email Address: @psyber.com
Your account name is also the first part of your email address, and the name you use to login to our system. For example, if your email address is joe@psyber.com your account name is joe.

Desired Emailbox Name: @psyber.com
The email name is limited to a maximum of 16 characters. Acceptable characters are any letter of the alphabet, any numeric character, dashes "-", or underlines "_". Your emailbox name will be the part of your email address before the "@" (i.e. the emailbox name John-Smith will have the email address "John-Smith@psyber.com").

How do I set up my extra emailbox?
