The Psyberware message center saves
junk email for your periodic review, just in case something that is
*not* spam gets blocked. You should log into your message center at
least once per week to verify that no good email is being blocked.
Messages are automatically deleted from the Message Center in 14 days.
The message center presents you with
a list of messages that have been blocked. You can click on the subject
line to view them, or click on the checkbox next to the message to
perform an action on the message. The two possible actions are "Remove"
to delete it (if it is junk) or "Deliver" to deliver it
to your mailbox:

If you choose to deliver the message,
you will also have the option to check the box titled "Add Approved"
on the next page, which will ensure that all future emails from that
individual will get through unblocked. Click continue on this page
to deliver the email and return to your Message Center:

This is all there is to managing
email in your Message Center. If you choose to ignore your Message
Center entirely, it will happily continue to block email without your
intervention.
Last, but not least, we are here to
help you understand and manage the way your spam blocking software
works. We want you to find it as useful as we have found it over the
last few weeks. If you have any questions, or need help getting your
settings just right, please do not hesitate to call us at (916) 645-4567.
